John Sherman
John was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1976 and is also admitted to the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He works with individuals and families as a general practitioner working on commercial and banking matters; wind farm leases; real estate matters, purchases and sales; wills; trusts; probate and probate avoidance; as well as many other matters. John provides legal advice to banks, schools and businesses, and litigates various matters on behalf of both individual and business clients. Recently John has been involved in negotiating many wind farm leases on behalf of landowners.

Personal
- John and his wife, Judy, were married in 1976 in Wilson, Kansas. Judy is a graduate of Fort Hays State University where she played basketball and softball. Judy works at Ellsworth High School as the Activities Secretary and high school aide. John and Judy have one child, Brad, who practices law in Colorado Springs.
